Amit Chandra

I’m Amit Chandra, an Indian citizen currently living in Wroclaw, Poland. I have completed my Master’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality from the University of Wroclaw.

I have an overall professional experience of 5.5 years as a Digital & Social Media Marketer, primarily as a Content Writer & Editor (SEO Content). Challenges keep me on toes, and I always look forward to some to push myself and hone my existing skills. That was my motivation when I chose to work as a Wilderness Tour Guide in Lapland this winter. During the summer (June-September) of 2019, I completed an internship with Nordic Unique Travels, a tour operating company based out of Rovaniemi in Northern Finland where I worked as a Digital Marketing Intern & Tour Guide. I continued the cooperation with them, and until recently I was working with them as a Media Consultant.

Before the commencement of my Master’s studies in Wroclaw, I worked as a Content Writer at Holiday Triangle Travel – a travel company based out of Gurugram, India. I have a solid understanding of digital marketing & social media content and have excellent command over the English language. I run a travel blog called Whistling Hound where I publish my travel stories and also manage its social media handles – @whistlignhound (Facebook & Instagram).

There are more than 250 SEO rich articles written and published by me across a few platforms online. I’ve also passed the globally recognized IELTS test with C1 grade. To have a better understanding of my profile, I am attaching my CV to this letter of motivation. I have a Temporary Resident Card of Poland at the moment, however, I’ll need assistance to procure a work visa in future. I have an Indian driving license.
