About me

1969: born in Mosbach in Odenwald/Germany

1999 – 2004: Study at University for Applied Science in Bielefeld

2006 – 2008: Master of Arts at University for Applied Science in Bielefeld

After finishing the studies in Bielefeld, I realised that character animation is a profession, which is the best thing to do. So I had to go further with learning: fundamentals, bodymechanics and acting including the well known 12 principles, all the way of traditional character animation like Richard Willliams taught.

The craft of animation gives me a lot of fun and in a way self-fulfilment. So my aim is to work as a freelance animator for interesting and challenging projects and to prosper on these.
