Antoine Bordeleau

As a VFX photographer and on-set data acquisition specialist at RodeoFX, I collaborate with the live action team to create stunning visual effects for film and TV projects. I use my skills in motion capture, photogrammetry, HDRI panorama and set Lidar scanning to capture realistic special effects for 2D compositing and provide accurate data for the efficiency of the VFX pipeline.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Cinema studies from Université de Montréal, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of filmmaking. I started my career in the visual effects industry as a facilities and operations runner, where I contributed to the rapid growth of RodeoFX by maintaining and improving the studio’s facilities, and transporting merchandise and personnel.

I am passionate about media creation and innovation, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and techniques to enhance the art of cinema through the practical side of visual effects. I am fluent in both French and English and A2 level in German.
